Good parking. Relatvely short walk into town. The owner provided some good recommendations and was helpful. A very roomy and modern apartment.

The under floor air-conditioning was just OK but struggled to cope in the heatwave. A few minor plumbing issues were annoying.

Lovely modern apartment. Clean quiet and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Great shower in bathroom. Comfortable bed. Secluded outdoor space at rear. Good parking for anyone with a car. Shower gel and soap in bathroom. Nice bakery 5 min walk away. Good communication with host who was helpful and gave good info and restaurant recommendations etc

Quite long walk from the railway station (25min) and about the same from most restaurants and bars. Not a problem if you have a car or don’t mind the walk. It was very hot when we were there and although we like to walk it was a bit far in the heat. Air conditioning didn’t go below 24degrees

The apartment was spacious with dual aspect outdoor spaces and very pleasant views. Extremely convenient to Lucca and the motorway.

There were many steps to access the apartment and also steps within the apartment.

Beautiful apartment, spacious, comfortable beds. The view is so pretty. The kitchen is very well stocked. I appreciate all the recommendations.

We had a perfect holiday in Lucca in Fabrizio's Apartment with our family. The apartment location was perfect to explore Tuscany as well as Cinque Terre and to go to the back in Viareggio as well - everything was manageable with car. Getting into the apartment was very easy as well as the communication with Fabrizio was perfect and easy. He was very friendly and helped a lot with advises what to see, where to eat. Our stay was so good we plan to come back next years as well. The apartment was fully equipped, with private parking and kitchen as well. We have been in many places in Italy, but this stay was the best we had. Thanks for all Fabrizio! A+++ :)

Spotlessly clean, very quiet location. About 20 minute walk to city walls. Minor problem on arrival but Fabrizio immediately came round and resolved it, so no faults for us.

The location is top, very close to the old city of Lucca.
