Great location and a very helpful host.

Air conditioning was an added cost.

We were very pleased with our stay in this lovely and atmospheric house. The house is very tidy and clean, the kitchen was great for cooking, and the barbecue facilities were excellent. The swimming pool is clean and a good size. Bernadette responds to messages quickly, and she is very helpful and friendly. There's a nice wine bar and a vegetable shop just across the street. A good grocery store is located nearby. The old town is within a pleasant walking distance, and a taxi is available if needed.

The property was well-equipped and furnished with vintage items. It is a charming old house with pleasant gardens. The host is is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

There was nothing of significance to dislike about the property. The location is largely secluded, but adjoins a busy road. It is about 1km from the walls of Lucca.

We had a very nice vacation here. Our host Benedetta was very kind and always eager to help in case of questions. The kitchen is well equipped and the entire house is really charming. I definitely can recommend to stay here. The old citycenter of Lucca is only a 25 minute walk and there are ample grocery stores nearby.

There is a road with quite some traffic (also at night) in front of the venue so bring some earplugs (or use the much quieter bedroom towards the back of the house if you can). Other than that there is nothing negative to mention.

Lovely traditional family home with shops close by and easy access to Lucca town centre by foot or bus.

It’s was very quaint and had such a lovely rustic Italian feel to it. It’s set back off the main road and has a private entrance. We loved the decor and it added to the whole experience. The house is on three levels, with plenty space for everyone and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Going out is not an issue; the main square in Lucca is a short 1.35 mile walk which we did every day. Handy location if you want to explore Lucca and the surrounding areas. It’s a good base and in one week we visited Pisa, Florence, did the Lucca sights and even Cinque Terre.

There isn’t anything we disliked.

Lovely house - full of character. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and the house has everything you need. The swimming pool was great to use on a hot day. We all slept very well. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance, and the walk into Lucca is pleasant.
