Varenne Exclusive Stay Walls View with Parking

A spacious, clean apartment with a comfortable bed and beautifully presented inside.?Conveniently close to town with parking. Good security and washing facilities

The deck looked nothing like the pictures (see my photo). As I was told it was high season, there was not really any excuse. Also it wasn’t private, and both these things were disappointing and in some ways misleading. The lighting in bedroom was very poor and pillows hard. Only one spare. There were no basics in kitchen, like pepper or salt or sugar, considering it has cooking facilities and we stayed 4 nights. Unfortunately also too many rules.

Full kitchen but no basics salt pepper oil or tea bags not generous. I understand aged buildings plumbing but not allowed to shave your legs in the shower ????

Great location inside the walls of Lucca, wonderful to have a parking space. Clean and nice to have a terrace outside

Could do with better lighting in the bedroom. .only a suggestion but maybe have a couple of items salt, pepper etc

Comfortable large apartment with information about the attractions of the city

The refrigerator door would not close. Thus it did not work properly. The freezer was completely blocked with ice formed from the open door. They should buy a new refrigerator for such a nice apartment. This inconvenienced us. The host was quite imperative with statements such as if you don’t send us a picture of the keys on the the table after you move out you may be charged 50 or 100 Euros. They never bothered to show up.

This is a brilliant place to stay. It's just within the city walls and has private parking available- a bonus for Lucca ! It is very well equipped, extremely clean and has a large balcony with a lovely seating area

The support from the hosts actually deserved a 12. All inquiries and concerns were dealt with within a very short time, both via WhatsApp and booking.com. Absolutely exemplary! In addition, the location is of course excellent within the city walls, the parking lot is safely behind walls. The cleanliness was also very good. The two air conditioning units in the living room and the bedroom should be highlighted. These make your stay very, very pleasant, no matter what the temperature.

We can't think of anything about this at all. It was the perfect stay in perfect accommodation.
