The jacuzzi was great after being cleaned and the room looked fairly cozy upon entering its close to Luton city centre and airport which is good.

Genuinely shocking that this place is charging £130+ a night for a room in this condition. The duvet was filthy, covered in stains underneath the covers — absolutely disgusting. To make it worse, the mattress itself was also dirty, which made the whole bed feel completely unhygienic and the bed had a dip in the middle. The whole place felt unclean, with spider webs everywhere and even a large spider in the bathtub. But more importantly, the bathtub itself was clearly not cleaned — it had visible dirt and debris left in it on arrival, which is completely unacceptable. The bathroom overall was just bad. The toilet paper looked like it had been wet before, towels had visible stains, and there was tissue residue stuck to the ceiling. Basic hygiene is clearly not being maintained. The heating didn’t work properly either. The main heater shut off after about 10 minutes and never came back on, leaving us stuck with a small portable heater that barely warmed the room, so it was cold all night. The area makes it even worse — loud music from neighbouring rooms and drug addicts walking up and down the street. There is nothing acceptable or “romantic” about this place. Overall, this was a genuinely unpleasant stay. Charging this kind of money for such poor conditions is ridiculous. Avoid.

Round bed and hot tub bath. Toothbrushes etc provided. Quite a romantic place. Towels and robes also provided. Perfect location for us to visit a head office in Luton

Please take this as constructive feedback as it will sound worse than it I mean it... Only 1 knife and fork which doesn't work when room is made for couples. No washing up facilities such as washing up liquid, tea towels etc so was hard to wash up after using the facilities or having a takeaway. Cupboard doors broken in the kitchen area Only 1 seat at the breakfast bar Blinds let a lot of light in, you are awake as soon as the sun comes up Neighbours upstairs were very noisy both nights although not anyone's fault Bed dips in the middle so you end up rolling into each other Hot tub bath turns on but none of the buttons work Again, please take this as constructive as it sounds worse than it sounds

The location was near the airport

No electric in peoperty or car space on arrival. Dirty bed with hairs all over it. The whole place was dirty all glasses and cups ect. The chair in the kitchen was faulty and broken, causing ingury. I would not reccomend anyone stay here. Hidden gem more like rotten den.
