Best value in popular Ramla Neighborhood! Nice flats 1 block to Nile River and Restaurants. Also due to the great location you can access the shopping area in about 10 minutes. Nice unit I guess to be about 55 square meters or 550 square feet . Almost everything is new and in good shape . Great bed and spacious Bedroom. Quiet location and secure entrance . 2 terraces and dying for laundry . Washer is in one flat . Satellite tv and fast WiFi. Owner is very hospitable and will help you find what you need and arrange for tours or transportation. You will enjoy staying here.

There is some remodeling for upper units ,not a problem but just a mention. There will be 4 more attractive flats for guests soon upstairs. The roof deck is not finished yet.

The flat is very nice and comfortable. Good air-conditioning and washing machine. Great atmosphere at sunset on the balcony or roof.

The host will come at your door knocking to offer his services as taxi driver to the Valley of the Kings all the time. And enter without asking. He will also go buy things for you, even if you said no three times or more. At one point he took bank notes from my hand without asking while I was counting them. He tried to make me sign a 30-days lease in Arabic so that I could extend my visa without going back to Cairo, meaning declaring to immigration that I will live there one month. He said it was OK and that he did it all the time with Europeans. He does building works in the floors above, so there is noise in the morning.

The host Mohamed is very nice. He invited me at his home for dinner. We had food together. I met his wife and children. Enjoyed the conversation with his children. I am grateful to him and his family to invite me. Very nice 🙂👍
