"It was a nightmare."

It is perhaps the worst booking experience I ever had in my whole life. It seems that this property doesn’t exist at all. To enter the property, we are supposed to contact the owner. We couldn’t enter the building because the host was unreachable by email or telephone. On the building there key boxes of other properties, but no signs of “Ferienwohnung Uniklinik Mainz” can be found (see the attached photos). We have paid by visa. I have filed a complaint to the customer service, and haven’t gotten any refund so far. It seems like an invisible ghost property. I’m thinking about to call policemen to investigate this case if I don’t get the refund by next week. It’s highly suspicious. In any case, don’t even think about booking this property!!!! It’s unbelievable and unacceptable.
