A beautiful modern apartment. Full kitchen with everything we needed. Nicely decorated. Very warm and comfortable.

Parking was a little bit tricky as we had a jetski on a trailer and it was a very tight driveway. However, we managed to make it work as no one else was staying in the second room. Otherwise, wonderful.

Loved the location and it was very comfortable.

Lovely place, and excellent location close to all the Mapua delights! Very easy and great communication with the hosts. Perfect for a short to medium length trip! Heated concrete floors made it cosy. Good privacy and bbq and seating area were a lovely surprise.

The most striking feature of the property is simply the clean lines of the modern architecture with large picture windows opening onto the garden. Love the polished concrete floors and the orange highlights. The full kitchen is well equipped, including an induction cooktop that is great if you want to eat in. Bonus if you want to eat in, it's also 2 minutes walk to the Four Square supermarket, which has a good beer selection too.

The drive is steep and narrow. If there is another car parked, there is not much room to turn around and you may end up reversing out.

The host was very responsive after finding the cleaning crew had not cleaned the interior of the rental and immediately rectified the issue

Exterior decks and grill were not clean.

No air conditioning. On a warmish day you need it
