1. Dirty kitchen pots and utensils. Kitchen sponge was dirty and unhygienic to clean the dirty dishes. 2. Washing machine's detergent slot were stained with hardened detergent powder. 3. Dusty fans in all rooms. 4. Funky smell in both toilets. 5. Exhausted batteries on TV remote control. 6. One of the room's rubbish bin wasn't empty prior to our stay.

1. Hard to find the unit.There was a big door blocking the unit and the unit num. 2 persons had push the door in order to go inside the place where then only you can see the unit num. The owner didn't let us know about it. We literally spend 10 mts just to find the unit. We were searching all around the place with heavy bags and small kids. 2. As we got in, the house were damn dirty. Fans is literally covered with thick coating of dust. Kitchen was so dirty and the kitchen cloth is still wet and smells horrible. Im not sure whether did they cleaned the house before we come or not. The bathroom was dirty until it was so disgusting to even step on the floor, ofcourse smells like someone peed and didn't wash the they bathroom. The bathroom was wet when we entered like someone just took a shower there. I paid RM 100 for cleaning!!!!! it is not cheap!! 3. I brought 2 kids with me. The wires were dangling at the tv showcase. It is so unsafe. Main part was, we were unable to view anything on the tv.. No netflix..no youtube.. not even local channels. I did make a complaint. There was no reply from the owner. I paid Rm 500 over for a unit which were sucks in every single thing.
