Bathroom very dark, light bulbs dim or not working in kitchen only 1 bulb working. No WiFi in the appartment.

Toiletries as stated were not there, we bought toiket paper also basic tv no satellite so no English programmes.

We liked the location and the size of the suite.

We didn't like the cost in relation to how well the suite was outfitted and the bed and living room furniture were quite uncomfortable. My back was sore every morning. TV also very small. There was little to no condiments available, one washcloth, two towels, no shower soap, shampoo and conditioner and only one roll of toilet paper. I did say something to the manager, but it was easier to be honest to supply them myself the next day at the grocery store, Dia close by. This was a positive in relation to location to the market, restaurants and transportation. Make sure to never close the door without your key in hand as you will be locked out! This happened to us while on the way to our departure at the airport and it was very stressful. The manager did send the housecleaner to our rescue but we ended up just barely making our flight.

The apartment is in a great location and was lovely and clean on arrival. The pool area was also great. Correspondence with Natalie was quick and helpful. Although my dislike list is big, I would stay here again as the room was adequate enough for my daughter and I.

Sofa in living room not only blocks the view from the beautiful doors that overlook the street but is also very uncomfortable to sit on. A little rearrangement of living area would make the room feel brighter too, as its quite dark inside. The lights in the bathroom aren't very bright and there's no outside light so coming to the door at night time it's very dark you can hardly see the keyhole. The welcome file is from 2014, that needs updated too, with information on how to get into the pool area if the gates are locked. Be prepared to have to reset the electric, which tends to trip if lots of appliances are running.
