Mirtia Studios

The two-storey apartment building is set in a beautiful, well kept garden, with a private car park in front. The building manager was very friendly and helpful, sending us a list of places/beaches/restaurants to visit. The location, not too far from the capitol city and with a very nice beach walking distance away, was great for us. The very clean studio apt had everything we needed, and excellent beds.

The airport runway is right in front of the building; we were not too bothered by it, as there were not that many flights, early September. The sound proofing is also pretty good.

Fotis was always helpful and kind. The apartment was large and clean with the cleaning service every three days. There was a big bottle of water for us in the fridge when we arrived. There was a very beautiful garden with playground whit swings and other games for children and a very relaxing atmosphere. There was also a big enough balcony whit the view of sea and the airport. In fact the position is very close to the airport and to Argostoli city and good position to visit the island.

The bathroom and the shower wasn't so big but anyway because were ok for my needs. There aren't shops, restaurant and cafe very close to the apartment, you need car or scooter.

The location is great when you need to be close to the airport. Small apartment is ok for a short stay. The planes are attraction not any problem.

Everything was lovely! Very clean room, comfy bed, great parking place and great location, close to some of the best sandy beaches on the island. The host was great and very helpful as well. We also loved the balcony with sea view and airport view - we loved watching the planes come and go, it was such an unique experience! I would definitely recommend staying in Mirtia Studios when in Kefalonia.
