Appartement spacieux avec hauts plafonds, beaucoup de rangements et de prises de courant. On dispose d'une vraie cuisine avec un vrai four (pratique pour réchauffer les pizzas) et bouilloire, micro-ondes, machine à café Nespresso, plaques de cuisson., bien équipée en vaisselle. Machines à laver le linge et la vaisselle. Le quartier est tranquille, résidentiel avec des maisons basses. On trouve assez facilement à se parquer à proximité (parking gratuit). Le centre historique piétonnier et le parc royal sont à distance raisonnable dix-quinze minutes à pied. Les gérants sont réactifs via Whatsapp.

Ce serait sympa de mettre à disposition quelques adaptateurs pour les prises européennes 16A ou à grosses broches (toujours un problème en Italie où la norme est différente, avec deux types de prises triplites). L'eau de la douche pourrait être plus chaude et le débit plus fourni.

We stayed here in early April. We chose Monza because of its relative proximity to Milan, as traveling around Milan by private car is difficult due to the ZTL restrictions. From the apartments, you can take the bus or walk to Monza train station and get to Milan by train from there. The apartment is spacious and has everything needed for both living and cooking, including a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and even a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine in Studio Apartment 701, a bidet, and direct access from the apartment to the courtyard. The apartment was warm, comfortable, clean, and well equipped with everything necessary, so we had a very pleasant stay as two guests. We did not meet the staff in person, but they provided all the necessary information in advance. It is also worth knowing that you will need to sort your waste during your stay. Free parking means available spaces along the road, so this is something to keep in mind if you are traveling by car. There is also a street-cleaning schedule, and on certain days you need to move your car so the municipal services can do their work. However, we were informed about this in advance and followed the street signs accordingly.

L'appartamento è pulito, perfetto perché ha tutto cioʻ di cui hai bisogno. Il materasso è comodissimo. La zona silenziosa e con il.parcheggio libero. Massimo ti mette a disposizione tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. Perfetto tutto.
