Colchão super confortável, travesseiros ótimos, roupa de cama e toalhas limpinhas. Quarto e banheiro bem limpo e fica a beira mar da praia de área preta, estávamos de carro logo podemos ir para ponta negra e outras praias com facilidade. A noite a orla fica cheia de gente exercitando e tem vendedores, fácil acesso e boa vontade da proprietária que mora ao lado. O prédio tem piscina, lavanderia, mini mercado, academia. Porteiro 24 horas mais de um elevador.

Apartamento exatamente como nas fotos, muito aconchegante, cama espaçosa e confortável, tudo impecavelmente limpo, vista maravilhosa, localização perfeita. Só tenho elogios a fazer, a dona Cristina também é incrível, super prestativa e atenciosa. Recomendo demais, nota 10.
