La ubicacion es ideal, cerca de resto, panaderias, supermercado. La zona es super tranquila y segura. El wifi funciona muy bien.

El TV es muy antiguo, no tiene acceso a internet ni conexion con el celular. Igual no lo necesite¡¡¡ ja

Apartamento muito bem localizado, perto de tudo. Rua segura. Apartamento grande, condiz com as fotografias do anúncio. O proprietário é solícito e muito educado.

Ter ar-condicionado em apenas 1 dos quartos; o sofá da sala não ter encosto; as cortinas dos quartos não serem blackout.
