El departamento es hermoso, limpio y bien equipado...tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. La ubicación es muy buena...frente a la playa y con fácil acceso a la misma. Se oye todo el tiempo el sonido del mar además de la vista increíble! Está alejado relativamente del centro de la ciudad lo que permite una estadía sin sonidos molestos, pero cerca cómo para acceder caminando a todo lo necesario... La atención personalizada de Ana es súper agradable y divertida, recomienda y asiste en lo que necesites. Estuvimos 3 noches y luego decidimos volver dos noches más en el mismo viaje. Súper recomendable 👌

"Excelente el dpto, la vista muy hermosa, es más lindo que en las fotos. Ana fue muy amable!"

La ubicación es genial, está en la playa, solo hay que bajar una escalera.

La zona es un poco oscura para salir de noche, pero no hemos tenido problemas.

"Hidden gem in Ponta Negra"

I feel so lucky to have found Habana Beach flat instead of staying in a hotel in the center of the tourist district. This is a small apartment with a fantastic view and only about 50 steps to the beach with direct access from the building. The apartment was cute and clean with a kitchenette (no oven but full stove and microwave). A/C in the bedroom. The deck was where I spent most of my time with its great view of the entire bay

By car, it felt like it was out of the way, but it was only a couple hundred yards on the beach to reach the start of the central tourist district.
