Apartamento Neptuno

Everything about our accommodation was fantastic, the location was the best we, ve ever been to, everything was on our door step, balcon de Europe was only a few minutes walk away, as was the beach, shops, supermarket & bus stop outside the door, we locked ourselves out of the apartment one of the days & within 10 minutes Asli arrived with a spare key, she also checked in with us a few times during our holiday to make sure we needed anything.

This was a plus for us, the pool closes from 2,30 to 4,30 each day so we went to the beach 3 to 4 minutes walk which we would not have done if the pool didn, t close might not suit everyone but we loved it.

Great apartment with everything you could need. Great location with beaches, old town, supermarkets and restaurants all a 5-10 minute walk. Asli was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

It was clean and the location was central. The owner was very helpful and helped us at no additional cost when we left the key in the apartment.

Because of the central location there was a lot of noise at night, which was heard more from the master room. But I supposed this comes with being so close to the centre. The pool was dirty (full of bugs) and the the lifeguard seemed t make up rules as he pleased (not allowed to wear a hat!) this was not the owners fault and she is going to the management of the block about the issues.

We were a family of four - two teenagers and two adults, the apartment suited our needs perfectly. Very centrally located, very clean and host Asli attended to all our needs. I would stay here again.
