The location and aspect of the apartment was fantastic. It had everything you need. There is no doubt the veranda is the best part of the property. With beach and sea views and very large.

Only downside is the bedroom was tight on space.

Location on Burriana Beach The huge balcony overlooking the beach . An easy stroll to the town centre. Good restaurant nearby. Excellent bakery nearby.

Apartment a little tired looking. New delph (cups, bowls etc) should be looked into. The apartment has huge potential to be one of the best in Burriana. Previously stay in another apartment on Burriana Beach that had been modernised and this was the difference between the two.

Location fantastic overlooking beach.

Furniture, curtains, bedlinen etc all need updating. Holes in wall in bedroom just left with white filler. Needs new wallpaper to cover holes. Needs new sunloungers on balcony.

The view from the outdoor terrace was amazing along with the location. Apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great holiday. Miriam was great, very helpful with all our requests. Will come again !

The location and space in rooms with their set up was fantastic. The view and balcony space was the best part, amazing!

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

Great location and ocean view from apartment. Apart from the cheap old poly/cotton sheets, the bed and pillows were comfortable.

It smelt like an ashtray and the sheets were old polyester- cotton that were pilled and rough. There was no handwash liquid and only 1 roll of toilet paper for our 1 week stay. The sun loungers were filthy. We complained and some of the problems were fixed the next day but the apartment really needs a thorough clean and new, quality cotton sheets. It’s really tired.
