Roof terrace not as expected with local residents using the area to hang out there washing. No good for anyone with mobility issues as there is no lift and 4 flights of stairs to complete

This apartment is in a really great location in the centre of Nerja convenient for the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. The owner was really responsive to any questions we had. The wifi is really fast. The apartment itself is very spacious and would comfortably accommodate 4 guests. It was great for us as we were only 3 people. It is also convenient to supermarkets for grocery shopping. The location is in a really quiet street despite its central location.

There is a lift in the building but it didn't work during our stay and looks like it hasn't worked for a long time. As the apartment was on the top floor that was a bit annoying and it might have influenced our decision to stay there if we had known that in advance. The roof terrace is really not appropriate as advertised for sun bathing. It has no loungers and it mostly used as a clothes drying facility by residents.

Centrally located , very spacious and well equipped. Communication with Stefanie excellent before arrival during our stay and on leaving the apartment .

У квартиры отличное расположение, пару минут пешком и вы у балкона Европы, магазины и пляжи - все в пешей доступности, автобусная станция из Малаги тоже. В квартире есть абсолютно все- соль, приправы, мыло, утюг и т.д. Это важно, так как многие готовят в апартаментах и не нужно думать или докупать мелочи. Хозяйка была всегда на связи, отвечала на все вопросы. Я бы с удовольствием опять остановилась в этой квартире.

Все было отлично, мне не нравится только отопление кондиционером, но это не имеет отношения к квартире, это особенность Испании в зимний период.
