Preciosas vistas al mar

The location is perfect and the views are fantastic. So close to the beach, nice private pool. Very close to shops restaurants and bars. We did have an issue with hot water and when I contacted the owner they had someone come straight away to get it fixed .

It was not very clean, the oven tray was dirty,cups and glasses were not clean . Towels need replacing bedding sheets some needs replacing. Very washed out and torn. The apartment is in a perfect location with amazing views which is what is rating accommodation. Definitely would need a bit of TLC. Would recommend installing air con as it was very hot in the evening. What is selling this apartment is location. We always stay in apartments but this is the first time I have had to wash kitchen ware before we could use it. Patio furniture very poor quality chairs gave away twice.

Location was perfect, close to restaurants and the beach. Views from balcony are beautiful.

The apartment was unloved. Needs to be refreshed and broken/ damaged items need to be replaced. We didn’t find the beds very comfortable. Some of the balcony furniture needs updating. Air con or ceiling fans would have helped our stay as apartment got very hot. With some remedial work carried out this could be a lovely place to stay.

It had the most amazing views from the balcony. Very near the beach.. About 10 mins walk to Balcon De Europa and the centre of Nerja.

We were met by a lady who had no English..We had no Spanish so very hard to communicate. We felt it would have been a big help if they had instructions written in English on how to use appliances etc..what to do with rubbish etc..We felt apartment was not very clean..Oven was not cleaned. Ironing board collapsed the first time I used it and also we could not get dishwasher working..While everything was in the apartment, the bed linen and towels were very old and worn..I feel it would not take too much to improve all the above which would need to be done. If we did not have those fabulous views from the balcony I would have been disappointed overall with the apartment

Excellent location and beautiful views. The apartment has everything you need and the host was available at all times. It has a place to park but it can be difficult to find available space in summer time
