The apartment was ideal for our stay. Everything you could need was in apartment. apartment was spotlessly clean.

I find information regarding 24 hour reception misleading as there is not reception at Bajamar11. The reception is in a hotel approximately 30 min walk away. It took us 3 days to try to het an extra set of keys for apt. We were just being sent on a wild goose chase. I feel if you require extra keys location of we’re to pick them up should be made a lot clearer.

Everything except the shower.

The shower. It was impossible to attach shower head properly. Kept slipping. Water was aimed straight at you!

Great location Great Size townhouse Lovely Pool Air conditioning Well equipped Secure Quiet and relaxing Clean on arrival

Slightly dated decor. Outside looked tired, could use a coat of paint. Roof terrace to hot, needs a canopy, we only used it once. The stairs to the roof terrace do not feel safe, could use an extra hand rail due to the steep nature of the stairs. There was three routers in the lounge, we were confused and could not get the WiFi to work. In the end we gave up.

The location was great. Facilities were brilliant. The apartment had everything we needed, maybe some things could do with an update. Beds were comfy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go again. We went to Burriana beach because there were shops and restaurants there.

The ants! Saw them in the kitchen on the benches and in my bedroom.

well located for beach and restaurants in a quiet location. the apartment has everything you need for a perfect family holiday. we had issues with the toilet s not flushing when we arrived and these were fixed immediately.

nothing really. pool could be kept more clean although a day of rain might not have helped.
