Raffaella met us even though our flight was two hours late and it was after 11 when we got there. When I contacted her the next day about 2 items missing she dropped them in that evening. Excellent.

The only thing I could say would be leave more than one tea towel there. A minor thing. The trucks unloading sand on the beach might annoy others. It didn't bother us.
