Panorama de Nerja

Very clean and modern. Comfortable. Every thing we required. Beautiful view too. It was great. Kids loved it .15 minute walk to the beach. We would have no problem using this property again! Hosts were very accommodating too.

Only thing negative we could say is the walk back up from the beach. I is all up hill, so you need to be pretty fit to tackle it. Alternatively, they do have taxis.

Apartment was comfortable clean and had all the facilities we needed

No facility for a disabled person the lift was not working and my husband is partially sighted and as we were on the ground for he had to negotiate 2 flights of stairs and yet outside front door there was a disabled parking space so you would assume there was at least a lift working. One of the bathrooms was I need of repair round the door and the other had a lot of ants both were very clean and facilities were good

I stayed here in sept/oct 2023 so am very familiar with the apartment , being on an urbanisation the room size is big the balcony is large and the roof terrace is amazing , because of its elevation the veiws of the mediterranean and mountains are spectacular. Being south south east facing ,the apartment receives many sun hours , particularly useful in winter months , even more so on roof terrace , fibre broadband excellent , internet TV included main english channels if required .Problem with door lock sorted by nice spanish guy promptly . very convenient for Nerja sports centre

if you dont like walking uphill or dont have a car this is not for you , being an urbanisation you are amongst spanish folk , who are lovely but noisy , including their pets

The apartment is in an urbanisation , so the room size is very good , the balcony is full apartment width and 2 metres deep ,the roof terrace is virtually the footprint , the views from balcony and roof terrace are amazing , a panorama of mountains and sea , it's north of the main noise of nerja and generally more relaxed and quiet it's perfect for established walks into the mountains and a huge sports centre for swimming padell and athletics is opposite if that's your thing ,independent Internet rather than building network , fast ,,Internet TV including domestic UK channels if required

Being an urbanisation folk live there , 3 dogs lived in adjacent apts ,one was very noisy , discarded packing cardboard in hallway &entrance for duration of stay , more a reflection of whole block not apartment , but it was scruffy !! , landing light not working , block faces south east great for sunrise over maro but loses sun around 3/4pm unlike other block which remains in the sun , without roof terrace the balcony is in the shade , for a full 2 week stay maybe a midway apartment clean /change of towels would have been beneficial

Properly was a good size. We had four adults and one child. One slept in the sofa bed and was fine for a night.

Not to far out of the centre of nerja. We walked down and got a taxi back. Air con was brilliant. Extremely clean! Only thing that could be improved was the headboard on the kid size bed was old and needed replacing.

Good air conditioning, Nice view, hot water, cold fridge.

Noisy neighbors, very few apartments are for holidays. Excessively loud music. Very dirty common areas. The elevator did not work. Cockroach in the apartment on arrival. Windows do not lock. The main door of the building does not lock. Feeling of insecurity.
