Excellent location, near enough to town to be convenient, far enough from town to be quiet!

The location was excellent with short walk to town centre and great beach.

The arrangment to collect keys was a disaster which meant that my 80 year old wife sat for over 2 hours on the front door step as the company had arranged to meet us at the property at 16.00 - nobody showed so we eventually found our way to their office. a very bad start after an 8 hour journey to get there. The apartment is very tired with lots of old curios, books, records from previous owner - very tired furniture.

Great location and lovely appar

Location and views. Just perfect. Balcony and rooftop terrace had beautiful views over Nerja's beaches and up into the mountains. Bar and restaurants 2 mins away and the Balcon is a 5 minute walk. All on doorstep. Apartment had all you needed for a lovely stay and nice touch with a small welcome pack. Balcony lovely to sit with a wine and people watch but apartment nice and quiet at night. Small pool on roof that helped you to cool down after sunbathing. We have been coming to Nerja for 20 years and this is, without doubt, one of the best apartments we have stayed in. If you can, book it. We have already tried for our next visit but sadly it was booked.

Nothing. Normally there is always something minor after a great stay. Not this time.

The location and size of apartment

The pool was like an oversized bath, with room on a dusty terrace for maybe 6 sunbeds, also the permanent residents were less than friendly to ‘renters’. The property itself is a good size but the complete apartment, with the exception of the kitchen needs to be completely updated and emptied. The current beds, sofas, tv, presses, cupboards were unkempt and dated. The quilts available were so old and dated and the whole place, on opening a press or wardrobe felt dirty.

Excellent large apartment in the best location in town. The rooms and the terrace are spacious, nicely decorated. The view from the terrace is breathtaking anytime of the day or night. Short walk to the beach but down steep steps.
