Apt. was scrupulously clean. Central to everything. Had lovely view.

No instructions on arrival. Had to phone management, and then wait 20mins for a key code to be allocated.

The apartment had everything that you would have in your own home, great central location has lots of shops and places to eat out right beside apartments.

Couldn't fault it

The apartment was lovely spacious very clean , it had everything we needed. The location was perfect ,plenty of shopping all around lots of nice places to eat out , plenty of good takeaways also . The ballcony was fantastic with great views over the river, perfect. We will be back for sure .

Excellent location. Spotlessly clean. Easy and excellent secure car parking.

Communication about how to access the property wasn't terribly clear, and the people in the adjacent flat had similar problems working out how to use the door codes. I appreciate the flat needs to be kept secure, but it would have been helpful to know in advance we wouldn't get the access code until the day of check-in. That said, when I enquired, the hosts responded by email with instructions very quickly and clearly. It was warm the weekend we stayed. It took a while to work out the AC unit system. A quick how-to instruction sheet would be helpful. The kitchen was adequate for our needs. For people staying longer and self-catering however it could be better equipped re utensils. Eg we had no colander or sieve to drain rice/pasta, and only cutlery, cups, glasses, plates etc for the 4 of us, so lots of washing up rather than filling the dishwasher. Only 2 bath towels for 4 of us. Not enough, but we managed as we were only there for 2 nights. I suspect this was an oversight, but the hosts may want to check there are adequate towels provided for the number of people staying. Despite the above, the apartment was incredibly clean, in a great location and had easy parking. Thank-you. It was ideal for our needs.
