many things actually but the most thing is their cleanliness, and also the water problem when i was arriving, there’s no water in the house. Im still thinking how the cleaner clean the house bcs when we check in, we met the cleaner that said they done with clean and the house ready to stay???

1)The owner difficult to lias with,...Waiting time deposit refund 48 hrs so ridicilous for me, after check out owner should done check the property within 24 hours and after that got new guest....so for what im waiting 48 hrs ???....Next time need to read properly all the t&c. Lesson n learnt for me and all next customer who hate waiting😆 while this writing still waiting RM200 oh god 😅 my bad luck 2)Only one acsess card provided

The spray bidet is not working properly.
AUMYThe location was excellent as MesaMall was just next door. The unit was well equipped. The facilities were good too. The pool area was quite big, with an infinity pool and a pool for kids. It was also close to other locations too. Extra parking is available at Mesamall for only RM5.50 overnight.
It would have been more convenient if there were 2 key cards. Would also like to suggest adding a towel rack/hook in the bathroom to hang our towel when showering.
