MYVery disappointing! I’m requesting a full refund because we couldn’t even check in to the house. The owner never replied to our messages, didn’t answer any calls, and gave no response at all. We paid in full but couldn’t enter the property. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Please take immediate action and refund our payment in full.

MYBooking.Com I have made a reservation for an apartment in the Negeri Sembilan at the:address,LiLi By James Residence Near By KLIA 2, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya with a full payment of RM378.00, 1 night dated 25/4/2025 12/noon chek in 26/4/2025 12/noon check-out. Very sad, the number given could not be contacted and the email was not ereply, the security officer there did not allow me to enter because the confirmation slip did not have a unit number. Finaly Because of this irresponsible act, I have to look for accommodation elsewhere. , I want the money of RM378.00 transferred back to my account immediately. If the money I transferred is not returned, I consider this a scam. I am also attaching the relevant documents for further action.. Thank you

One of the bathroom has no hot water, and one bathroom has a serious water leaking issue. Ceiling always dripping water it can be annoying during asleep. Management no response. One bed is not very clean and one aircond remote is not working has to turn off aircond during asleep otherwise it will get too cold. Kettle is not clean keep come out some black stains, not dare to use. Overall not very bad but definitely need some improvement.
MYGuard attitude not very good , give wrong information ，give wrong key, when get the right key, and the key got problem can't scan, pillow not good, no shampoo, no hair dry, no gas can't cook Maggie, no hot water
