Наша сімʼя перебувала в цих апартаментах 1 добу. Нас: двоє дорослих, двоє дітей (8 і 12) і маленька собака. І так: - Зручне розташування, до Дерибасовской 3-5хв. - Все зроблено ергономічного і зручно. - В апартаментах тихо і спокійно, але якщо відкрити вікна то шум машин все таки чутно достатньо…це дрібниці. - Тут писали що підʼїзд страшний, а ми у захваті - він по справжньому Одеський. Кожному своє. - Безконтактне заселення, це супер! - Фото відповідають реальності. - Дуже приємна ціна, хочу підкреслити - ЯК ДЛЯ ОДЕСИ))

Є деякі мінуси: - Погано прибрали підлогу, на ній був пісок… - Не знайшли сміттєвого кулька. - В пральній машинці були речі або білизна, не знаю…але так не повинно бути. - Не має балкону це більше не мінус а факт. І просто порада: купіть чай і каву - дрібниці роблять свою справу👌

Very nice location. In 5 minutes of slow walk you may find sea view or the historical city center with bars/museums etc. Apartment is very cozy and has everything which is needed for comfort living. Renovation has been made recently. The apartment was quite clean. Owner/manager is very attentive to needs.

It is hard to park car near apartments.
