"Удобно, уютно, тихо, самый центр, внизу магазин и много заведений"

Очень хорошое место, из минусов это негде оставить машину, парковки везде платные и во двор не заехать, но в целом очень хорошо) не смотря что это самый центр и уличную музыку и мотоциклы никто не отменял, в квартире стоят очень качественные окна, поэтому тихо и никто не мешает)

Отсутствие парковки, те что рядом 30 грн час
