"Very nice place to stay in the very center of Odesa"

Nice apartment in the very center of Odesa. Fantastic location with parking in the closed yard. Comfortable and clean. Nicely equipped. Comfy beds. Gas-fired water boiler is a great advantage.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor without an elevator. This is not that big problem itself, but it would be definitely nice to know this in advance and not to find out upon arrival. And the windows (all) definitely need at least a thorough refurbishments (better replacement).
