Дякую за чудову квартиру! Локація - просто бомбічна, сам центр старої Одеси. Всі кафе, Дерибасівська, Оперний театр, Приморський бульвар .. в пішій доступності. Плюс великий- парковка! А квартира- чиста, комфортна, велика. Все чудово!

"Загалом все сподобалося , навіть під час війни рекомендую! Це центр міста проте 3 поверхи будинок міцний проживання на 2"

Міцні та широкі стіни більше метра, 2 поверх з трьох ,тому це перш за все безпека в час війни

З моря летять шахеди і їх чути дуже!!!

Отличная квартира в самом центре города. Рядом есть все.

Пока на четвертый этаж поднимешься… высокие этажи, это как хорошо так и высоко подниматься
