The location was fine at the end of town.

Didn't fit the description, poorly equipped and not very clean (coffee grounds still in a pathetic looking water heater). WiFi comes and goes, there was no minibar or tea/coffee maker as promised. The three of us had to share 2 cups and half a toilet roll on the first night as the man left no instructions on his location.
