The accessibility was great as the property was in the center of town. The room was clean and comfy. And the coffee machine was a plus for me:)

It was difficult to find our apartment since the address listed on Booking.com differed from the one for the appartment we stayed in. Later, we figured that we'd received a message via text message for check-in info, including the address for the apartment, but I did not realize that, as my phone was nearly out of battery and I had turned off my phone data.

Arrivée autonome, consigne très bien expliqué à l’avance . Au centre d’Olbia niveau géographique parfait .

Logement qui esthétiquement ne correspond pas du tout au photo du site. Une odeur d’égout affreuse dans le logement , lit double qui croule car un pied ne tient pratiquement plus. 2 fenêtre et une porte seulement 1 rideau occultant à 1 fenêtre , avec les lampes de rue allumée toute la nuit …. Les joint de la douche tout moisît vraiment pas top . À plus de 90€ la nuit on s’attend a mieux !

L'emplacement et la dimension du logement

Le logement est déjà un peu dégradé un entretien devrait être fait pour remettre en état les éléments cassés ou mal installés en particulier dans la salle de bain. Nous y avons séjourné 5 jours et il aurait été souhaitable de faire un changement de lingerie au moins une fois, par ailleurs le suivi de l'utilisation du pk et des produits de douche n'ait pas assuré.

"Great place for short stay and to explore area of Olbia."

Very compact, perfect location for exploring the old town and the harbour area

The shelf with microwave had a layer of old dust. It’s close to the busy old town squares and you can hear loud music on late evenings, so better to adapt to Italian rhythm of the day.
