Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an der Unterkunft.

Sie liegt etwas weit abgelegen vom Zentrum Olbia und deshalb benötigt man für diese Unterkunft unbedingt ein Auto.

L'appartement est parfait, le seul inconvénient c'est qu'il faut donner 200€ comme dépôt de garantie pour accéder au logement. Il faut prévoir de laisser cette somme!

The property manager was friendly.

We booked this apartment for a two-week stay, but the location was so disappointing that we left after just two days and had to book alternative accommodation. While the apartment itself was clean and up to standard, the surroundings were completely misrepresented in the listing. Instead of a holiday-appropriate area, the property is located in the middle of an industrial zone, inside an office building, with a view of a parking lot and a highway—none of which was disclosed. Nothing is within walking distance (the nearest spots are about an hour’s walk), so we were forced to scooter just to get around, resulting in unexpected extra costs. The misleading description and unsuitable environment made it impossible for us to stay the full duration. I would not recommend this place for a long stay.

I really enjoyed the communication with the property staff. From the very beginning, I felt well taken care of and knew I could count on help at any time. I would especially like to thank Patrizia, who was incredibly kind and very professional. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has an excellent location on the outskirts of the city, making it easy to explore any direction. It is very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The area is quiet and peaceful, with a lovely view of the distant port and the city of Olbia. Overall, a perfect place to relax and enjoy your time — I would definitely stay here again!
