L’emplacement est directement dans le Centro Olbia ou toute l’action se passe le soir mais quand même à 15 min de la plage. Une épicerie qui se fait à pied et un Centre d’achat à 10 min en auto. Ludo est un hôte tout a fait engagé qui réponds très rapidement à toutes questions.

Étant situé dans Centro il s’agit d’un ZTL donc on doit stationner à 400 m mais cela n’a pas été un inconvénient autre que pour le transport des valises.

Super netter Gastgeber der uns sogar morgens um halb 5, gegen kleines Obolus, zum Flughafen gefahren hat nachdem wir vergeblich versucht haben ein Taxi für die Zeit vorzubestellen. Die Lage ist perfekt in der Altstadt von Olbia mit vielen Restaurants. Mit dem Bus erreicht man diverse Strände in ca. 15 min..

Mooie omgeving, wel zeker huurauto nodig Voortreffelijke host! Je kunt hem altijd dingen vragen,helpt jou dadelijk verder. Geeft goede tips!

Olbia is een drukke stad, en aangezien wij van platteland komen is voor ons enkele dagen meer dan voldoende😊

The modern and vintage meets in this apartment. It’s absolutely adorable, we spent hours examining every detail. :) It’s located just across a beautiful church, in a lovely square. In the heart of the city, surrounded by great restaurants, shops and flowers! It’s very well-equipped, suitable for long stays. All the items work properly. Very nice little touches, also. Last but not least, our host Ludovico was wonderful, he gave great local tips about beaches and restaurants, accepted our luggage before check-in and made us feel right at home! This apartment and host deserve more than 10 stars! Thank you!!!

The apartment is very good. The host was extremely helpful, gave us different suggestions and was available for us. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The location is perfect.

The church bells from a church nearby kept ringing at 7am.

Ludovico is a great host! When we arrived he was waiting for us at the time we planned, he showed us the house and all the amenities, and gave us plenty of great recommendations, and was communicative when needed throughout. The apartment is spacious yet cosy and we felt at home. Everything was perfectly clean and comfortable for our one week stay. The location couldn't be better as it is in the heart of the city, with the main thoroughfare on one side with plenty of cafés, live music and restaurants around and the church of Saint Paul just outside the door on the other side, along with a handy tapas place San Paolo Art&food. There is a free parking just 5 minutes away by the shore at Molo Brin, and the walk there is really nice. We tried many different restaurants and we highly reccommend Trattoria Il Gambero, the service, quality and prices were great... especially the Pistacchio pie dessert! We are very glad we chose Ludovico's apartment to stay in Olbia! Grazie mille Ludovico for hosting our stay in your apartment, we hope to come back soon!

The location was perfect

The fact that it said on Booking.com that you could opt out of having your room cleaned. This was the reason I booked this particular apartment. But when I asked for clean towels I was told it wasn't a hotel so they didn't supply clean towels. I could wash them if I wanted.

We had a great stay in this apartment. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, and the location was perfect. The host, Ludovico, was very attentive and helpful.
