La Marina Apartment with Pool

The apartment was perfect for a small family. Great kitchen living room, great beds, great equipment. The host Simona was out of this world good. She helped us with so many things that and was available All the time 🙏

Simona, the owner of the flat, is always prompt to help: quick answer to our questions and always helpful by sending us tips of beautiful places and great restaurants. The flat was perfectly clean and equipped. Simona kindly left us cookies, wine, bath products, honey and all the essentials. You have a nice pool view and space for 4 people. The flat is incredibly styled.

Nothing to say. We totally recommend staying here. The value for money is precisely calculated.

Good installation

We had a lot of problems at the check in , because one of the rules where that all of the members that were staying had to be on the check in . We had different flights and she said to us to book a different hotel , also that the air conditioner have a limit of energy so when you use it for the night she said that we had to pay extra for the energy we use , I’ve been using booking for almost 6 years and this is the first time I had a bad experience with an apartment . She wasn’t polite and helpful with us , also the breakfast said is included but she only leave the things at the refrigerator so you prepare it !

Apartment was clean and comfortable, the WiFi was super fast and it is well equipped The little extras on arrival were extremely lovely and our host was was always contactable and ready to offer advice on places to visit. Shopping Mall and big supermarket was only a 10 minute walk away and had a great range of shops and cafes The Marina is very close and the restaurant there is where we spent Most afternoons. Staff were friendly, food was excellent and the evening sunsets were beautiful., the yachts and large cruise liners were something different to watch, a very lovely setting The Wild West was a cheap option for food, it is at the mall, staff were friendly and food the norm for a chain restaurant The Jazz hotel does great cocktails at €7, and the taster menu was reasonably priced and was of good quality food. We also ate at the the Brazilian grill in the city on the Main Street. 42e for steak, sausages, chicken and pork ribs with 12 side dishes, excellent value for money and something a little different to what we are used to.

We arrived at 11:30 with all our luggage and was unable to book into the apartment until 15:30 which was a long time to kill whilst carrying our luggage around. We did ask to leave our luggage at the apartment but was told they did not offer this to their guests which was a shame Pool open 10-13:00 and then 16:00-20:00 and closed all day on a Sunday, this is something we have never encountered before, but understand it is an Italian law. Rubbish is confusing and takes up a lot of room on the balcony and makes the local area a little untidy with lots of litter around the streets We didn’t have a car as we like to spend time by a pool in the day time and go out into the local area in the evening. This was not something you could do at this apartment due to pool closure and having no place to sit out in the sun when it is closed, the city is not walkable - again our own fault for not researching the area better Taxis are very expensive 55 euros into the city and back and seemingly in short supply, the buses were not very regular and take cash You defiantly need a car to stay at this apartment as it is in a residential area with limited things to do You can hear the planes taking off from the airport although this did not bother us, taxi to and from the airport 25e one way. It seems any journey costs between 25-30 euros by taxi in the area

La Marina apartment felt like home from day 1! The Jasmine flowers smell from the residence gate to the apartment itself, which was super clean.. This place has everything you need - from kitchen appliances & quality dishes, to super comfortable bed and couch, two balconies to enjoy relaxing breakfasts and tea time, and so many small details kindly thought about and prepared by Simona :) It is just minutes away from the heart of Olbia, while being in a very silent and calm neighborhood, allowing for a peaceful rest whenever needed! Simona's advice and tips were very useful to make the most of our stay and she was very responsive every time. Thanks again Simona, we'll be back soon! ^^

Apartment is perfect, very comfortable and cozy, we felt like at home. The kitchen is good equipped, bed is very comfortable. Apartment had 2 balconies to the courtyard, so flat is very quiet. The house located not in the centre of the town, but it’s perfect if you rent a car, there are a lot of parking near the house. Simona was very attentive and always in touch.
