La limpieza mal, la cocina no estaba muy limpia y las terrazas horribles, llenas de pelos de animal y creemos que pulgas. Nos llenamos de picaduras. Las almohadas con manchas y pelos. Pedimos cambiarlas y las trajeron nuevas.

First of all, the address that was given to us was wrong. We waited for 20 minutes. Then, we figured out that this got to be the wrong address due to the pictures on the booking site. Then, we drove closer to the building that looked like the picture. Then we spotted someone waiting on the street. Whom happened to be the person who was waiting for us with the keys. When we arrived at the apartment, the toilet didn't work, the floor was sticky, and the whole apartment was dusty. We had to clean the whole apartment before settling in. All the facilities were all so old, especially the washing machine, the door didn't open and close properly, had to force them to shut and close the door. The clothes didn't come out clean. Even after 2 washings, you can still see the soap suds in the washing machine. The fridge was old and dirty inside, and the outside fridge door was sticky, so I had to clean it. The freezer was frosted with ice crystals all around, and there was hair stuck on the frosted ice inside the freezer. The bathroom is old and needs full renovation. The plumber had to come out 3 times because the toilet wasn't fixed properly the first two times, and another time because the shower didn't drain. Our biggest regret is booking this place for a month and since there were no refunds, we got stuck there. We were happy to leave this apartment on our last day.
