The management is very efficient, with clear instructions via WhatsApp. They were even kind enough to recommend restaurants and supermarkets in the area, all written down and organized. The apartment is fantastic, clean with all the necessary utensils. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, I enjoyed the sunrise coming out of the ocean every day. The pool is disinfected with salt, a delight. Warm water and perfect for swimming after the beach. The beach is clean, with soft sand, with a beautiful view, it is not crowded even in the middle of the European summer. Perfect for families with children. They put chairs on the beach with umbrellas reserved for the apartment. It was a wonderful vacation.

If you like no nightlife it is a bit far , it has to be done by car. To go to supermarket you also need a car.

We had an overall pleasant stay at Olive Suites in Oliva, Valencia. Our flight arrived early in the morning, and we reached the property around 11:00. We were warmly greeted at the reception, and our room was ready by 12:00, even though the stated check-in time was after 17:00. We really appreciated the early check-in at no extra cost, and the host was exceptionally nice. Similarly, for checkout, the host messaged us on Booking.com, offering us the flexibility to check out as late as we wanted. Although we had plans and left early in the morning, it was a thoughtful gesture. The location is fantastic if the beach is your primary focus. The apartment is right on the beachfront, offering stunning views from the terrace.

However, if you’re looking for more than just the beach, Oliva might not have much to offer. The host provided a list of restaurants and shops, but 90% of the restaurants only operate for lunch from 12:30-15:30, leaving supermarket food and cooking as the only options for dinner Sunday through Thursday. Only four restaurants were open for dinner during our stay. The best time to experience Oliva seems to be Friday-Saturday when more dining options are available. We also encountered a few issues with the apartment policies. Fresh towels were offered only after the 3rd day and only if you stay more than 6 nights. Our 5-night stay did not qualify for a towel change or cleaning service. The apartment was stocked with just two garbage bags, one washing machine capsule, and no dishwashing detergent, which was odd given the expectation to cook dinner at the property. For coffee, there was a machine with four capsules (two regular and two decaf) for six people over five nights.

Nothing really although third bedroom with bunks was very small with no wardrobe or bedside table facilities
