"Gorgeous and comfy flat is optimal location."

Such a lovely flat in great location. Shopping mall near by and old town a few minutes away by foot. The host is nice, responsive and helpful.

My dad struggled to get up to the flat as it is an attic and there is no elevator in the building.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean apartment, equipped with everyday life essentials, so you really don't miss anything and feel like home. Helpful and friendly host, who would answer all the questions at any time. Excellent location with easy access to town centre, shops and buses

It would be perfect if there was a lift in the building, as it's hard to bring all the luggages on the last floor, but if you can manage climbing stairs there's nothing not to like

The only downside is that it is on the 4th floor without elevator but if you are fully mobile and without too much luggage it’s not difficult!

This apartment is just as described. It is well appointed with everything you need for a stay. Just a short walk down the hill and you’re in the city center. It was perfect for our visit to Opole.

No lift, but that was clear in the description.

Honestly, I like everything about this apartment: it's modern, clean, and meets all our needs and expectations. Location is the greatest advantage, walking distance everywhere you want to go. Almost right next to public transport (easy to use) and local shops. Worth it to return in the future.

Amount of stairs could be challenging. On the bright side, challenge should be accepted and used for future benefit. Good exercise :)
