Great location, comfortable apartment, cosy and very quiet!

Not much not to like. Maybe a non-slip mat in the shower would be good. Otherwise everything else perfect for a comfortable stay.

Really pleased with this unit. Good access to Orewa and beach. It had everything we needed even cereal and milk. Plenty of towels and good wifi. Highly recommend

A very strong smell of cleaning product. Had to air the unit. Large plastic boxes in the wardrobe taking up hanging space.

The house layout and the amenities provided were great...could have used a little more sugar for the coffee, but overall a lovely place. My little one didn't want to leave.

Not really that I didn't like, just observations. It would have been nice if there had been a pathway from the residences to the beach without walking up to the street, however I doubt that is within the control of the owners. Nor is the tui bird that started up each morning at about 530am...lol. Oh yeah, maybe instructions for idiots like me on the oven, coffee maker and the other thing that was next to the coffee maker that I wasn't quite sure what it was. I did get there in the end, except for the thing next to the coffee maker

Great apartment fully stocked and very comfortable. Great location only a few metres to the beach. The family loved the time in Orewa.

Perfect location, so handy to the beach. The facilities are fantastic! Super modern, clean and spacious plus the extras such as courtesy juice and coffee pods + lovely shampoo etc was such a treat. The staff were super helpful and fast with any communications, we would gladly go back.

It was a bit creaky on the bottom floor if guests were staying above at night time, but we were so tired from the beach we were nearly always out like a light.
