Great location, close to Orewa Beach and the town centre. Very lovely unit, nicely furnished. You have everything you need 🙂 Designated car space right on your doorstep 👍.

Everything about this place was way more than we expected, brilliant. Had games for kids to, clean comfortably, everything was supplied, muffins were yummy for breakfast, lovely outdoor sitting areas at back and in front of property, would recommend and definitely stay again

No complaints

Excellent location. Host had provided breakfast cereal and milk. Very happy with our stay.

I found the key lock box a little difficult to open.

Great modern place near the beach. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

As a suggestion the Bathroom needs a squidgy mop and a non slip mat for the floor as the water came under the door of the shower making it very slippy underfoot. There was a towelling bath mat provided but that soon became wet .

The apartment was very spacious. Couches were comfy and the outdoor seating area was nice and private.

Shower water was going under shower door into bathroom making tiles slippery. Beds where a bit hard.

The location is great, we only stayed 2 nights, the weather wasn't conducive to our usual beach walks & we had arranged other outings this time anyway, so not a biggie personally. Just a fantastically well thought out ("think of everything") apartment, we loved it, the usual, we wished we could stay longer!! Obviously we will be back to De La Plage - thank you.

We own our own similar investment apartment at Mount Maunganui so when we say we couldn't fault it that is high praise indeed! "If" there was a tiny negative it was to do with part of the "common" area where the first time we left the compound with our vehicle the right-hand gate appeared to not open "quite" as far as it should, but once we bedded our departure experiences in we were fine with the gate & leaving.
