"Perfect cozy space for visiting Otaru."

Perfect location with parking space.

No air conditioner in the rooms. Only one in the living room. Not comfortable during hot summer.

"Basic place with basic furnishing and appliances, not the best for hot summer days."

Location is OK

The place was very stuffy when we first arrived. The aircon is in the living room only and has a terrible odor when first turned on. The furnishing is very basic. and the place does not feel welcoming.
