This listing is a scam. The owner waits until the last minutes then calls you up claiming that the property is not ready and that in order to get your refund you need to cancel the booking on the app. The hope is that you do since if you initiate the cancellation you do not get a refund as per the rules of booking.com Be very careful and read all the similar reviews on the site that repeat this story. correct owner but apartments were not ok

host would pay me back still.. nothing received, procedure started with Booking .. still no answer. owner wants me to pay me back but still nothing.

This accommodation is seemed like a scam to us, we lived very difficult moment with them. We arrived at the appartement and the manager told us that it's not available and that he will taje us to another appartement, the appartement was far from the city centre. The manager gave us the location of the new appartement and then he disappeared, we have been calling him for hours but no ansewr. He abounded us in the middle of the night in a city that we have visited for the first time. Luckily we found another alternative with the help.of booking. Com

There was no gas for a day as the previous guest broke it. I've had to wait for the whole day to get it fixed. As it was Ramadan, I needed to cook because there were no restaurants open.
