Very nice apartment. Top quality.

Very strict pool rules. Closed for 2 hrs during the day. Quite a windy location.

Large, clean, modern, comfortable.

Only thing is that they expect you to wear swimming caps in the pool?! It is so weird. They say that it is for hygiene purposes. In my whole life of staying in hundreds of hotels and airbnb’s with pools, I have never been asked to wear a swimming cap.

The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The host kindly prepared beach bags with towels for us. The TV comes with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus, which we enjoyed a lot in the evenings. There is a swimming pool in the common area, which, due to the weather, we were not able to use unfortunately. We appreciate all the travel tips provided by the host. The location is very convenient. It is in a quiet neighbourhood with restaurants within walking distance.

The host assigned us to a manager who refused to speak English to us. On WhatsApp he kept messaging us in Italian. On arrival he kept us waiting for more than 10 minutes despite that we messaged him multiple times about our arrival time. In the end his father showed up and we could only communicate via Google Translate. On the following days, we kept having issues when communicating with the manager and in the end we had to turn to the host, who was very friendly and helpful.

From the moment we booked everything was perfect. Elena's contact on whats app was friendly and very welcoming. She send a welcoming information pack in advance which was fantastic. Raiza welcomed us to appartment and showed us how everything worked.This appartment is well cared for, bright, very clean, close to village and just a short stroll to beach. There is a fully equiped kitchen plenty of space both inside and outside. Great wifi,TV etc showers washing machine, even beach towels, swimming pool. Million thanks Elena and Riaza..it is s very relaxing space.

Nothing everything was perfect.

Excellent location, spotlessly clean and fresh and has everything you need for a wonderful beach holiday - beach bags and towels, beach parasol, toiletries, kitchen supplies and utensils even down to little sachets of olive oil. So well thought out to visitors can start their holiday from the moment they arrive. Pool is stunning, clean and refreshing with well kept luscious lawns and sun loungers backing on to it. Elena’s proactive and welcoming communication made us feel at home from the start and nothing was a problem. Can’t fault this property and would happily return, a fabulous luxury base to explore the NE of Sardinia.

Very comfortable and well kitted out with almost everything you’ll need.

One very minor thing would be a couple of ice trays to make ice cubes in the freezer- as I say very minor! One suggestion though for an improvement would be a key box outside somewhere so you don’t have to take the keys everywhere with you, especially to the beach. We were paranoid about losing them!

Very comfortable apartment

The amenities in the apartment were exceptional. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry room were very well stocked. They even provided a beach bag with towels, flip flops, swimming caps, and shade umbrellas for the beach. The description provided of the property was completely accurate and almost didn't do it justice Expect the unexpected. We can not say enough good things about this property. Both Alessandro and Elena were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We highly recommend it.

The only thing I would suggest is wine glasses.

We had 10 wonderful days in the appartment, which was equipped with really everything you need and more! The staff is amazingly forthcoming and nice and did the job perfectly. We asked for additional pillowcases and got them still warm from the laundry the same day even though it was a weekend. There was a starter pack with milk, pasta, rice and even a small italian breakfast. The pool is awesome and really big. At first we thought that the pictures on booking are exaggerating as often, but trust me, this is a full size pool. I already miss the perfume of the Jasmin flower hedges.
