Villa Kallithea

Green and quiet location, extremely well kept. Thorough cleaning each day. Parking inside the property, with good shadow from the many trees. The pool is really clean and has great view over Lichnos bay. Michael and the team are lovely persons, we will definitely return to Kallithea every chance we have.

Nothing worth mentioning. Different people may have different expectations... For us it was a great stay.

Absolutely stunning location with marvelous view over the ocean and the coastline. Rooms very clean and well equipped. Excellent pool and completely quiet surroundings. We enjoyed it so much and would definitely come back. Thanks again also that we were allowed to stay the afternoon on the pool after checking out.

Very nice property, with a very large garden with a lot of fruit trees and kids playground. Our apartment had comfortable rooms, a kitchen, a beautiful terrace at garden level and wonderful sea view. Our host, Michail, was kind and friendly and offered us good advice about places to eat. Lichnos Beach was very nice, but the way back is all uphill, which may not be enjoyable for a small kid (not an issue for us, we drove to beach and back, as free parking places were available near the beach).

A more accurate description of the rooms or a floor plan for each apartment would be nice to have so you can make the best decision at booking moment. We wanted an apartment with 2 separate bedrooms (not to pass one to reach second), which we did not manage to book at 1st try, but we were lucky enough an apartment as we needed was available onsite.

It's was a wonderful experience our staying in this place! The view breathtaking, the apartment clean spacious and well decorated and the host a wonderful kind person

Location have a spectacular sea view, both from the room, that was very clean, confy and equiped with all necessary things and also from the pool and garden.The staff was very friendly, especialy Michail. I was very impressed by your goodby note gluded on the door in the morning we left. Thank you for all :)! For sure we'll cam back

Everithing was great, nothing to complain.

The Kalithea Villa situated just in the outskirts of Parga town, a perfect location and once in there you can enjoy a super quiet and relaxing Mediterranean ambient with a panoramic sea view. Villa literally sits on a very nice arranged garden, offers a solid build (medium size) clean pool and a private parking area. The hosts are super nice and very responsive to any request. The nearest Beach (Lichnos) is just 5 min by car. I highly recommend this stay.

It was perfect. You have acces to a big large garden full of olive trees, avocado, grapefruit etc and walking down this beautiful garden, you ll se the big large pool which comes with a wonderful sea view. The property where this villa is located is just perfect.
