The location is great. Also the house is very cute and modern. Since there were 4 of us, it is great that there are 2 bathrooms. Beds are very comfortable, and everything is well equipped. The garden is also very beautiful. Check-in was easy, and we really enjoyed our stay. Internet is super fast.

It was very cold inside and we couldn't set the higher temperature. Also, I didn't like that they didn't provide capsules for the dishwasher or the dish wash liquid and only one toilet paper roll per bathroom for 4 persons for a 5-day stay. But we bought that later.

The location is perfect for walking in and out of the centre of lovely Parma. We were met at the house and provided with essential info for the house, but also had immediate responses to small questions that we had about the property. The air conditioning was a bonus as despite traveling in October, Parma was very warm. The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. A persimmon tree with mature fruit in the garden was a real treat. Private parking was available and accessible.

The location is ideal for exploring Parma, just a short walk to the center of town, yet far enough away for peace and quiet.

Enough place, close to the center.

No toileteries, no soap, the grass in the garden was pritty tall, so the children could not play outside. We had to buy kitchen towels and toilet paper for ouselves. The bathrooms are too small.

The air conditioning,the wifi, and it was a quiet area. Not far from a park. The space as a whole was good for two people.

Lack of proper lighting (there are no lights in the upstairs bathroom), no hand soap in the upstairs bathroom, bathrooms weren't clean, and no Kleenex and minimal toilet paper. Not ideal when a guest gets a bloody nose! Switches don't turn on lamps. Have to go up to each one individually. Bulbs were burnt out as well. Not close to public transit. Not ideal if anyone doesn't want to - or can't - walk dustances. Email had a different checkout time than the app. Always check the app! Cleaning staff attempted to enter the apt before the correct checkout time. The host was dismissive of our concerns with that.

Great location and very well equipped apartment, including large kitchen facilities and dining lounge area. Very large back yard and private parking available.

The air conditioning - it was incredibly hot the time we visited and the aircon really did struggle. (Note there was a heatwave so I'm just being picky here). So perhaps it would be good to also have some fans to move air around. It was so hot we couldn't get to use the wonderful outdoor area which was a shame.
