Mrs Luisa was extremely helpful and nice. The apartment is big and has everything you need and is situated at the heart of the city. Parking was safe and very close to the apartment.

There is nothing that I didn't like, but I could mention that we happened to come on very warm and humid days and there is no air-condition. The installation is probably not possible because of the historical building and we were helped by efficient fans in the bedrooms.

Really good apartment for our short stay in town. Perfect location. Cristina was really friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Lovely welcome, big apartment, great location.

Smelled funky (from the kitchen) and the floor was dirty. 1/2 fans were broken which made sleeping very hot.

Luiza is a pleasant person, she was available for questions. Guglielmo, a friend helping her in the management of the rental, was nice, smiling and helpful. The flat is very well located in Parma. The proposed secured parking is useful and well organised.

One double bed has a poor quality (middle room), there is an almost constant smell of humidity, even in July during a heatwave, and with 37 degrees outside, we would have appreciated air-conditioning (around 29-30 degrees inside). We had a nice stay anyway, and an appropriate price for what we got.
