"Comfortable and relaxing stay in Parma"

The host is responsive and flexible. Due to the train strike on 11 June, we had to reschedule our train ride and arrived before 9am in Parma. Since there was no occupancy before us, she allowed us to check-in. The house is tastefully decorated and comfortable for 3 adults. No matter how hot outside was, the house seemed to be cooling. Although no air-con, but standing fan provided which is very useful for summer weather. Host recommended some very good dining places and my family enjoyed the food in Parma.

Hot water is consistent but water pressure a bit weak but not major issue.

"A spacious, comfortable, extremely well equipped apartment!"

The apartment is close to the train station & very easy to find. It is a short walk to the centre of Parma. The area is quiet & safe. Shops are nearby. The apartment is clean, spacious & very well equipped. The bed is comfortable. A map of Parma was provided & thoughtful extras provided in the kitchen. Extra towels were provided too. The owner is generous, friendly & thoughtful.

There was a problem communicating to me how to get into the apartment. It would have been better if this info was sent the night before by email. For some reason they could not text or phone me. I however could phone them & someone came immediately to let me in. The apartment is rather dark but that is my only concern.
