"Pas recommandable pour une famille"

Pas d’espace commun et petite cuisine sous équipée (petit frigo défectueux). Appartement de colocation étudiante. Baignoire douche vétuste avec robinetterie défaillante et très peu de débit. Pas de wifi, pas de climatisation, électricité vétuste

the property is spacious, hot water is enough

It's difficult to obtain the key as we need to wait for the agent to arrive and unlock the door to hand it over. Additionally, the check-in process is less flexible compared to that of a hotel. The kitchen cooking hob is equipped with a very old model, which significantly extends the cooking time. Additionally, they do not provide a kettle for boiling water.
