Parma City Centre with Patio

Clean little apartment in a quiet neighbourhood near the city center (a 20 minutes walk). Well equipped kitchen. Good interaction with the owner who has waited for us to handle the keys and to show us around. Flexible check-in and check-out times. IN's supermarket is a 20 minutes walk away. Patio behind the apartment is useful for drying the clothes one has washed. Parma guidebooks in various languages provided.

If arriving by car the main problem you have to face is the fact the apartment is located in a ZTL: that means only the residents with a special permission are allowed to approach, while all others will get a ticket. So, you have to park the car in a nearby street outside the ZTL and arrange yourself how to carry the luggage to the apartment; fortunately, the owner and her son have helped us with this. She has also indicated us a parking lot in Via Torelli (a 20 minutes walk away) where we've left the car for free during our stay in Parma.

Charming, excellently equipped apartment. Mosr kind, helpful and noble owner. Patio is beautiful. No noise whatsoever. Highly recommended!

Full apartment facility. Close to Parma city, walking. Good amenities nearby, supermarket, bar food etc. All central sights of Parma Central in walking distance. No hills, Parma is flat. Parma is also clean. Host very friendly and helpful. Homely feel to apartment. Well equipped, clean. Good stop for a few days.

Parma central not car friendly. Free parking a good 15 to 20 minutes away, and bit hit or miss. The property is in inner suburb where one way streets are daunting.
