MGL’accueil et son organisation, la propreté de l’appartement, un supermarché pas très loin et l’accès avec l’ascenseur quand on a un bagage lourd comme j’avais.
Quand la porte du balcon était ouverte, le bruit du train qui passe sinon une bonne insonorisation quand tout était fermé.
FREmplacement à 20 minutes à pieds du centre historique de Parme. emplacement sécurisé pour la voiture. L'appartement est bien équipé sauf qu'il n'y avait pas de lave linge alors qu'il est noté dans le descriptif de l'appartement.
