We had a comfortable stay and felt at ease and relaxed. The staff were exceptionally friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The property itself is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and it has a warm, cozy atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in and relax. Prior to arrival, we were sent a code to access a lock box. However, when we got there, our unit didn’t have a lock box inside the holder (it seems it may have been faulty and removed). We waited for a short while as I looked for a contact number, but fortunately someone arrived within a few minutes to assist us and hand over the keys. He was very friendly and helpful. As a small suggestion for improvement, it would be great if the property could inform guests in advance when the lock box is not in use, and provide clear instructions on who to contact upon arrival. That said, this was a minor inconvenience and didn’t take away from our overall experience. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend the property to others.

The bed was a bit firm for our liking (That said, this is partly a matter of personal preference) and it also seemed to dip slightly in the middle, which made it feel like you were rolling inward when lying down. Aside from that, we were very happy with the property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Workers were already preparing the room when i arrived around 16:00pm.

The unit had everything I needed.

Easy access, near everything, Shopping centre, Petrol station.

Though a bit small and cosy, the price is right.

Everything was perfect.

It felt like home, very great experience.
